Your Original Pack is carefully packed and shipped worldwide.
An Original Pack is a Japanese trading card product category: a physical sealed pack whose exact contents are undisclosed before opening. It is widely known in Japan as an Oripa. Every pack is a real, physical item shipped to you unopened.
We ship worldwide with one exception: we do not ship to Japan. Shipping is a fixed charge set by destination region and shown at checkout before you pay. Our Shipping Policy lists the destinations we currently serve.
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days and shipped from Japan by Japan Post EMS. Transit time then depends on the destination, following Japan Post’s published EMS delivery standards.
Possibly. Your country may charge customs duties, VAT or other import fees. They are not included in the price or the shipping charge, are set by your country’s authorities, and are paid by the recipient.
An opened Original Pack cannot be returned, and disappointment with the contents is not an eligible reason. Wrong items, defective or damaged products and lost shipments are covered by our Refund Policy.
You can ask us to cancel an order before it is dispatched, and we will cancel it where we are able to. Once it has been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies instead.
