Wrong items, defective or materially misdescribed products, damage in transit and lost shipments are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, at our cost: damage within 7 days of delivery, wrong, defective or misdescribed items within 14 days of delivery, non-delivery within 30 days of dispatch. Nature of Business
SAINT TCG is an online store selling physical trading card products to customers outside Japan. All goods are physical goods shipped to the customer. SAINT TCG does not sell points, coins, credits, digital draws, lottery tickets or raffle entries, and does not operate a lottery, raffle, prize draw or game of chance. Each payment purchases a specific physical product.
Applicable Law
The seller is a company established in Japan, and sales on this website are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which they habitually reside.
